Eric Miller, Realtor

Eric Miller is a leader on the Werner team with eight years of residential/condominium real estate experience in a wide variety of projects.

Throughout his career, Eric has been known for instilling confidence with his customers through a foundation of trust and honesty. With a quick wit and a deep understanding of the industry, Eric believes in following up with his customer's questions so that they can make an informed decision about their real estate portfolio.

As a graduate from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College), Eric's education is the cornerstone of his success in real estate. With a BA, Dual Major in Business and Economics, he understands the marketplace and the nuances of his client's real estate needs. His success has been largely in the beaches condominium and residential home market providing his clients with a deep understanding of the documentation, statutes, marketing and pro forma requirements. He is a member of NEFAR and MLS.

Cary Moore, Realtor and CCIM Candidate

Originally from the Washington DC area, with more than ten years of sales and marketing experience, Cary is a powerhouse of energy. She believes that the keys to success in real estate are listening and being responsive to the individual needs and desires of her clients.

Cary graduated with a BBA from Loyola College in Baltimore and embarked upon a successful business career in software and hardware sales, working with corporate clients on both coasts. After years of flying all over the
country, she decided to transition to a career that would require little to no travel.

In 2003, Cary entered the Florida real estate market and quickly earned a reputation in the beaches area as one of the top realtors with a thorough knowledge of the beach condo market. She is also well versed in other residential markets throughout the beaches and Jacksonville.

During her real estate career, Cary has sought creative ways to help the buyer or seller manage their portfolio; whether it's auction, lease to purchase, or other methods of creative selling, Cary will find a solution. Her recently completed projects include North Shore and Pier Point Condominiums.

Cary's move to Ponte Vedra Beach fulfilled her desire for a warmer climate where she could more frequently pursue her preferred sport, tennis. She has become a notable competitor among the charity tennis tournaments ( Linda's Legacy, Slice for Life, Mal Washington) and League teams throughout the area.

Susan Scannella, realtor

Susan brings a wide variety of sales and marketing experience to the Werner team. From her unique background in theatre arts, film/TV and teaching in myriad cities and venues, Susan provides Werner Realty Corporation with high energy sales and marketing support for its clients. Susan is always eager to help clients achieve their goals with her personal approach. Susan's eye for detail and pro-active approach to servicing her clients places her in a critical role with the Werner team.
