South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana and Florida. At the same time, they
also successfully developed several condominium projects in the Jacksonville
and its beaches.

Eric
Miller, Realtor
Eric Miller is a leader on the Werner team with eight
years of residential/condominium real estate experience in a wide variety
of projects.
Throughout his career, Eric has been known for instilling
confidence with his customers through a foundation of trust and honesty.
With a quick wit and a deep understanding of the industry, Eric believes
in following up with his customer's questions so that they can make an
informed decision about their real estate portfolio.
As a graduate from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel
College), Eric's education is the cornerstone of his success in real estate.
With a BA, Dual Major in Business and Economics, he understands the marketplace
and the nuances of his client's real estate needs. His success has been
largely in the beaches condominium and residential home market providing
his clients with a deep understanding of the documentation, statutes,
marketing and pro forma requirements. He is a member of NEFAR and MLS.
